Benefit 1: Private Taiko Lesson by “Kotan” Combined with Zen, Yoga, and Meditation Experiences

This special program pairs a private taiko lesson with the standard ZEN Wellness experience at Zenbo Seinei. Enjoy personalized instruction and a performance by the taiko group “Kotan,” which is dedicated to cultural and artistic regional revitalization on Awaji Island. Under the guidance of renowned taiko soloist Hideichiro Ueda—who has performed with orchestras, kabuki, and in collaborations across the Kansai and Kanto regions, as well as with ballet and various performers—you will gain deep insights into the art of taiko.

In addition to the taiko lesson, the program includes Zen, yoga, and meditation sessions. The dynamic rhythm of taiko paired with the calm of Zen practices provides a chance to step back and reflect on your daily life, offering a precious opportunity to reconnect with your inner self.
